New Hire Onboarding
Each hiring cycle, I own the onboarding process for new hires and Interns at Frito-Lay headquarters. This involves planning, creating, and presenting onboarding content.
Ensuring consistent brand identity representation and consistency is at the forefront of my skillset.

Fleet Decarbonization Team Logo & Background

National Electric Vehicle Signage - Digital Mock-Ups

Fleet Decarbonization
As a member of the Decarbonization team during my first year at PepsiCo, I had the opportunity to create a new logo - used in national professional slide decks, on clothing and merchandise, and in digital communications.
Additionally, I designed our Electric Vehicle parking signage, which has been put up at our 100+ nationally-spread manufacturing and distribution centers.
Style Swap Market
Fashion waste is a pressing issue that energizes me to make a difference. I organized an office-wide event for women to shop each other's closets to combat clothing waste, practice conscious consumerism, and deepen their understanding of sustainable fashion. I led the event from brainstorming event marketing aesthetics to execution.
The marketing and communications media that I created and distributed resulted in 1,000+ donations and 150+ event attendees.

Women's Inclusion Network
As a content designer on the communications pillar for the Women's Inclusion Network, one of the largest national Frito-Lay Employee Resource Groups, I own the design and creation of all communications.
This includes email, newsletter, poster, and presentation deck communications.
On the right is an example of an Women's Inclusion Network and Women of Color Awards Ceremony deck I created.
